👉 Conference Producer
India’s premier healthcare think tank, IHW Council, is looking for a Conference Producer to lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-impact healthcare conferences, roundtables, and policy dialogues.
💼 What you’ll do:
▫️ Design and develop conference agendas aligned with current healthcare priorities
▫️ Identify and onboard key speakers, policymakers, clinicians, and industry leaders
▫️ Lead end-to-end content production for conferences and summits
▫️ Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and ecosystem stakeholders
▫️ Ensure high-quality execution of both virtual and on-ground events
👥 Who should apply:
▫️ 3-7 years of experience ( producing healthcare / medical conferences preferred)
▫️ Strong understanding of India’s healthcare and policy landscape
▫️ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
▫️ Ability to translate complex topics into engaging conference formats
