About the Role:
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Healthcare Business Analyst or Healthcare Solutions Specialist or Healthcare Analyst who can be trained and grown within our team.
This is a customer-facing, hands-on role focused on helping customers successfully use our healthcare SaaS platform. You will work closely with US-based customers to understand their needs, configure the system to support their workflows, help troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing improvements.
This role sits between customers and internal teams. While you are not expected to be deeply technical, you should be comfortable working with software systems, understanding how configurations affect outcomes, and clearly communicating requirements and issues.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers to understand their workflows and operational needs
- Support onboarding and ongoing use of the platform for US healthcare customers
- Configure system elements such as forms, workflows, permissions, views, and notifications
- Help troubleshoot issues by understanding user needs and system behavior
- Validate changes and configurations before customer rollouts and releases
- Communicate customer needs and improvement ideas clearly to internal teams
- Maintain simple documentation for customer configurations and common scenarios
- Continuously learn the platform, healthcare domain, and best practices with guidance and training
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Prior customer-facing experience, preferably with US-based clients
- Exposure to healthcare SaaS platforms (EHRs, care management, referral systems, population health tools, etc.)
- Hands-on experience supporting or configuring SaaS systems
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience supporting SaaS onboarding or implementations
- Exposure to Medicaid, community health, or value-based care programs
- Prior experience in an early-stage or scaling startup
