Role Description The Healthcare Application Executive is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hubli / Dharwad covering North Karnataka regions, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role involves demonstrating medical and surgical devices to healthcare professionals, explaining product features and clinical applications, and supporting customers in integrating solutions into their workflows. The executive will conduct training sessions, assist with product installations, and provide ongoing application support to ensure safe and effective use of equipment. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales and service teams, handling customer queries, preparing documentation and reports, and gathering feedback to help improve product positioning and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare or medical device applications and a solid understanding of clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer service orientation with skills in relationship building, problem-solving, and follow-up.
- Ability to conduct product trainings, demos, and basic application troubleshooting at client sites and remotely.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including field visits in North Karnataka and remote documentation or support work.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related healthcare field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or clinical application support is an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office software and basic digital tools for reporting, scheduling, and online training.
