Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Analytics professional located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to derive actionable insights for business strategies. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making, identify industry trends, and contribute to improving operational efficiencies and customer experiences in the e-commerce healthcare segment.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to interpret data effectively
• Proficiency in Business Analytics and Data Analytics tools and methodologies
• Experience with Analytics and knowledge of Statistics to identify patterns and present insights
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in working with large datasets using software like Excel, Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity with healthcare data trends and e-commerce analytics is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams
