Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position as a HealthCare Administration Visiting Lecturer at Yesbud University. The lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, preparing course materials, and engaging with students in virtual learning environments. Additional responsibilities include guiding student research projects, assessing academic performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the curriculum. Collaboration with faculty members and active participation in university initiatives will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and teaching expertise in healthcare administration, including healthcare systems, policies, and management practices.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering engaging online courses, with experience using digital learning tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal abilities for mentoring students and colleagues.
- Proven ability to conduct academic research and apply critical thinking in the field of healthcare administration.
- Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; PhD or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in academic or professional teaching roles, particularly in an online or remote learning environment, is highly advantageous.
