Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Kolkata Area for a professional in the Health vertical. In this role, you will engage with clients to promote health-related services, provide guidance on occupational health initiatives, and foster excellent customer service experiences. Day-to-day tasks may include health promotion activities, addressing queries related to medical services, and delivering comprehensive support using effective communication skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Knowledge in Occupational Health and Medicine to provide informed health-related guidance
- Experience in Health Promotion to support wellness programs and initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and maintain a client-centric approach
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, medicine, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to adapt to on-site workplace environments and manage responsibilities effectively
