Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Officer, based in Hathnoora. The officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, investigating workplace accidents, and implementing preventive and corrective measures. The role also involves designing and delivering safety training programs, monitoring workplace security protocols, and developing strategies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health management
- Skills in Accident Investigation and analysis
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Training and developing training materials
- Knowledge of Security measures and risk mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Professional certifications in health and safety management such as NEBOSH or OSHA are a plus
- Familiarity with industry-specific safety standards and regulations in UAE
