Job Title: HSE Officer – Solar
Location: West Bengal, India
Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years
NOTE : Solar experience preffered
Key Responsibilities:
*Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at solar project sites
*Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
*Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations and company safety standards
*Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for site personnel
*Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
*Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
*Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on safety matters
*Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices at all times
