Are you a results-driven sales leader ready to take ownership of a high-impact role? We are looking for a Regional Sales Head who can drive revenue, lead from the front, and build a strong sales engine across the region.

What You’ll Be Responsible For🔹 Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets across insurance and investment products
🔹 Team Leadership
- Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Train and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversions
🔹 Business Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Strengthen relationships with clients, brokers, and distribution channels
🔹 Market Insights
- Track market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Share actionable insights and performance reports with leadership
🔹 Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all sales activities meet regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Promote ethical and customer-first selling practices
What We’re Looking ForExperience
- 7–15 years in insurance, financial services, or investment sales
- At least 5 years managing and leading sales teams
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of insurance and investment products
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on results
