Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Sales Representative based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with potential customers, educating them about health insurance plans, and assisting them in selecting the best options to meet their needs. The professional will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong understanding of health insurance products and offerings. Additionally, the individual will foster customer relationships and address any inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and explain products.
- Knowledge and experience in Health Insurance and general Insurance concepts and products.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to meet sales targets and generate business growth.
- Customer Service skills to provide a positive experience and address client needs promptly and effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site role within a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Hindi and familiarity with local languages for effective communication is preferred.
- A background in the insurance or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Graduate degree or equivalent is required.
