Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Health Insurance Agent. The Health Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients in selecting appropriate health insurance policies, explaining policy features, and addressing client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about health insurance products, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, fostering customer relationships, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage, Health Insurance, or the broader Insurance sector
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex policies clearly
- Knowledge of Medicare and related health insurance programs
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with technology and online tools for remote work
- Ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
