This is a high-performance, target-driven sales role focused on health insurance advisory and closures. The role requires individuals who can independently generate leads, build trust with clients, and close deals.
Success in this role means:
- Consistent lead generation (own + company leads)
- Achieving monthly closure targets
- Building repeat + referral business
- Moving towards managerial/partner-level roles
This role directly contributes to revenue generation and client base expansion of the organization..
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through open market, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
- Make 30+ calls/day and conduct 3–5 client meetings/week
- Explain health insurance solutions in a simple, advisory manner
- Close sales independently and achieve revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → discussion → documentation → policy issuance)
- Maintain strong follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Build long-term relationships for renewals and referrals
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurers for smooth processing
