Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Insurance Advisor based in Mumbai. The Health Insurance Advisor will work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain insurance options, and recommend suitable health insurance plans. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, promoting health and wellness programs, offering training to clients on policy benefits, and assisting customers during claims processing. The role also involves staying informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their queries professionally.
- Experience in Training, particularly to educate clients on insurance policies or wellness programs.
- Knowledge of Health Promotion and Wellness strategies to support client health and maximize benefits of insurance products.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients while adhering to company standards and ethical practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with relevant certifications in insurance or health-related fields being advantageous.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with Mumbai’s demographics will be an added asset.
