Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Health Insurance Advisor. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, evaluating current policies, providing informed advice on private health insurance options, supporting critical illness and disability coverage planning, and offering ongoing guidance to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client engagement and relationship-building
- Experience in Training and knowledge sharing to educate clients on insurance options and benefits
- Understanding of Health Promotion and Wellness strategies to guide clients toward suitable insurance and care solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment
- Experience in health insurance, life insurance, or related fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in insurance, business, health sciences, or a related field
