Are you passionate about patient counselling and healthcare sales? Join our team and help patients achieve confidence through ethical skin & hair treatment consultations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct skin & hair treatment consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
2. Convert consultations into treatment packages while maintaining a patient-first approach.
3. Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with doctors and therapists.
5. Achieve monthly sales and patient satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
1. 2–4 years of experience in counselling, healthcare sales, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, or wellness.
2. Excellent communication, counselling, and sales skills.
3. Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
4. Experience with CRM software is preferred.
