We're hiring: Health Coordinator at UzuHealth 🏥
📍 Guwahati, Assam | Full-time, on-site
🎯 1–4 years of experience
At UzuHealth, we make healthcare simple. Patients can book doctor consultations, lab tests and doctor home visits through one guided journey, with a personal health counsellor beside them at every step.
Now we're looking for someone to be that person.
What you'll do
- Respond to patient enquiries across calls, WhatsApp, app and website
- Understand patient concerns and capture basic medical details
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings for consultations, lab tests and home visits
- Follow up with pending and inactive patients to reduce drop-offs
- Coordinate with doctors, labs and field teams for smooth service delivery
- Resolve complaints and keep every patient experience positive
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
What we're looking for
✅ Strong communication in Hindi, English and Assamese
✅ Confidence on calls, with a disciplined approach to follow-ups
✅ Comfort with sales targets and booking conversion
✅ Basic understanding of medical terms
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organised
✅ Empathy, because this role is about people first
Great if you have
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, diagnostic centre or telemedicine
- A background in healthcare sales, patient support or inside sales
- A track record of hitting monthly conversion targets
