Over the last 24 years, Welling Homeopathy Clinics has consulted more than 1,50,000 patients across 108 countries. Every day, someone in London, Dubai, Singapore, or right here in India reaches out to us looking for a real, lasting solution to a health problem that conventional medicine hasn't solved.
We are now looking for one exceptional person to own that first conversation. To be the bridge between a hopeful enquiry and a life-changing treatment.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS REALLY ABOUT?
This is not a scripted call center job. This is a consultative role, part patient counsellor, part trusted advisor, part closer. You will speak with patients who are often anxious, have tried many things before, and are finally considering homeopathy. Your job is to listen, build trust, and guide them toward a decision with clarity and care.
You are also joining at a pivotal moment. We are rebuilding and scaling our patient conversion system from the ground up. The person who joins now will not just fill a role, they will help define how it works.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN?
→ Handle inbound enquiries from patients across India and 108+ countries via WhatsApp, call, and email
→ Understand each patient's health concern with genuine empathy and guide them toward starting treatment
→ Own your pipeline end to end from the first message to confirmed treatment start
→ Handle objections around cost, credibility, and treatment approach with facts, patience, and confidence
→ Help build our patient conversion process follow-up sequences, objection handling guides, scripts
→ Maintain clean records of every conversation and outcome in our CRM
YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF
✓ You have closed health, wellness, or education consultations over call, WhatsApp, or video
✓ You are comfortable speaking with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds
✓ You listen first and pitch second you know the difference between a sale and a genuine conversation
✓ Targets motivate you and low volume doesn't scare you it excites you to build something better
✓ You want ownership, not just a job description
✓ You have 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, healthtech, wellness, insurance, or a similar consultative sales role
