About the Role
We’re looking for a Health Consultant – Pre-Sales candidate to join our remote team at FUME, one of India’s fastest-growing wellness startups helping thousands reverse chronic lifestyle disorders naturally.
At FUME, you won’t just “consult” —
you will identify possible root-cause health issues, build trust, and guide clients to take the right next step in their transformation journey.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you interact with warm leads who have already shown interest in improving their health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
- Review basic health reports, symptoms, and form submissions
- Explain health issues and next steps in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and outcomes
- Confidently guide clients toward taking the right next step based on their health needs
- Training will be provided to help you ramp up quickly
- This role is not purely advisory — you will actively guide clients toward taking action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Background in health, nutrition, or wellness (BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BNYS / Nutrition / Health Coaching) is preferred
- Comfortable with online consultations (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to influence and guide decisions (not just advise)
- Confident and empathetic in front-facing conversations
- Interest in lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, or preventive healthcare
- Ability to manage time, take notes, and follow structured consultation flows
