About the Role
We are looking for candidates who can combine health understanding with strong communication and decision-guiding skills
At FUME, you won’t just “consult” —
you will identify possible root-cause health issues, build trust, and guide clients to take the right next step in their transformation journey.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you interact with warm leads who have already shown interest in improving their health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 Zoom consultations (20–30 mins) with warm leads
- Understand symptoms, lifestyle, reports, and identify possible root causes
- Build trust and guide clients toward the right next step
- Handle basic objections and help clients make informed decisions
- Maintain structured notes and follow consultation flow

Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Background in health, nutrition, or wellness (BHMS / BAMS / MBBS / BNYS / Nutrition / Health Coaching) is preferred
- Comfortable reading: Basic health reports, Symptoms & lifestyle patterns
- Strong communication in English + Hindi
- Confident on video calls (Zoom / Meet)
- Ability to influence and guide decisions (not just advise)
- Empathetic but also assertive when needed
- Training will be provided to help you ramp up quickly in both health understanding and client conversations

Performance Expectations:
- Daily consultations with warm leads
- Ability to guide qualified leads toward recommended next steps
- Consistent follow-through and documentation
