About PRVNT
PRVNT is India's first physician-led preventive health membership programme, operating across Dubai, India, and Malaysia. We help members shift from reactive care to proactive longevity, built on deep diagnostics (genomics, advanced blood panels, imaging), physician oversight, and structured behavioural coaching across a multi-month journey.
The Role
The Health Coach is the member's primary point of contact between physician touchpoints and the owner of day-to-day execution. You own the member's nutrition, adherence, behavioural change, and lifestyle interventions (sleep, movement, stress, supplementation) across a structured 12-month journey, delivered through three defined tracks: Men, Women, and Elders.
You translate complex clinical inputs (genomic reports, blood work, imaging, physician recommendations) into specific weekly actions the member can execute, and you are accountable for whether those actions actually happen.
This is not a generic wellness role. You operate inside a clinical framework, to documented deliverables, with physician supervision.
Core Responsibilities
Member journey delivery
- Execute the structured month-by-month member journey, adapting to the member's assigned track (Men / Women / Elders).
- Conduct onboarding, goal-setting, and baseline review sessions following intake diagnostics.
- Deliver scheduled check-ins (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly depending on phase) with structured agendas and documented outcomes.
- Lead quarterly re-assessments and prepare member-facing progress summaries for physician review.
Nutrition
- Own the design, delivery, and iteration of the member's nutrition plan, aligned with clinical goals, lab markers, genomic indicators, cultural context, and lifestyle.
- Translate physician recommendations and diagnostic data (lipids, glucose, inflammation, micronutrients, food sensitivities) into specific, practical eating patterns: meal structure, macro composition, timing, hydration, supplementation.
- Build cuisine-appropriate guidance across PRVNT markets (South Asian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian) rather than imported templates.
- Adjust plans in response to CGM data, symptom reports, weight/body composition trends, and physician input.
Adherence
- Own member adherence across the full plan: nutrition, movement, sleep, supplementation, diagnostics, physician appointments.
- Track adherence week-over-week using wearable data, member logs, and session observations.
- Detect drop-off signals early (missed sessions, flat activity data, avoidance patterns, disengagement) and intervene before drift compounds.
- Escalate sustained non-adherence to the physician for plan recalibration rather than quietly accepting it.
Behavioural coaching
- Apply evidence-based behaviour change methods (motivational interviewing, habit design, goal laddering, identity-based change) to drive sustained engagement.
- Work with the member's real constraints (travel, family, work intensity) rather than prescribing in a vacuum.
Clinical plan translation
- Interpret physician recommendations and genomic wellness action plans into executable weekly actions.
- Work within the physician's plan; escalate clinical questions, symptom changes, or out-of-range markers promptly. Do not practise medicine.
Data & wearables
- Review member wearable data (CGM, HRV, sleep, activity) between sessions. Surface patterns, flag anomalies, and integrate insights into the nutrition and coaching plan.
- Maintain accurate, timely notes in the member record after every interaction.
Documentation & handoff
- Produce clean, structured session notes suitable for physician handoff.
- Contribute to the member's longitudinal record so any PRVNT clinician can pick up context in under five minutes.
Member experience
- Own the member relationship: responsive, warm, professional. Members should feel accompanied, not processed.
- Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and cross-functional logistics (diagnostics, physician consults, specialist referrals).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field: nutrition / dietetics (strongly preferred), exercise physiology, nursing, physiotherapy, psychology, or allied health sciences.
- Certified health coach credential (NBHWC, ICF-recognised, or equivalent), or willingness to complete certification within 6 months.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver clinical-grade nutrition plans (not generic meal templates).
- Minimum 2 years in a coaching, clinical, or member-facing preventive health role.
- Demonstrated literacy in reading blood panels, understanding common genomic concepts, and interpreting wearable data.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred
- Prior experience in a membership-model clinic, longevity practice, or executive health programme.
- Working knowledge of functional medicine, metabolic health, or lifestyle medicine frameworks.
- Additional language: Hindi, Tamil, Arabic, or Malay.
- Personal practice of health tracking (wearables, labs, structured training).
What You'll Be Measured On
- Member adherence rates to prescribed plans.
- Quarterly biomarker and functional progress across assigned members.
- Member NPS and retention.
- Quality and timeliness of clinical documentation.
- Session completion rate against the month-by-month journey.
Who This Role Is Not For
- Coaches who prefer to freestyle outside a structured clinical framework.
- Anyone uncomfortable working under physician oversight and documented protocols.
- Generalist "wellness" coaches without literacy in labs, genomics, or physiological data.
