<strong>What You’ll Do:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Coordinate and manage patient appointments to maintain a full, optimized schedule<br><br>
</li>
<li>Greet patients warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance in person and by phone<br><br>
</li>
<li>Handle high call volumes across multiple lines with confidence and care<br><br>
</li>
<li>Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy of information<br><br>
</li>
<li>Verify insurance details and assist with related questions<br><br>
</li>
<li>Collect co-pays and process payments accurately<br><br>
</li>
<li>Support Personal Injury cases by communicating with attorneys and managing related documentation<br><br>
</li>
<li>Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, mail handling)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Monitor and restock office and medical supplies as needed<br><br>
</li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Strong communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence<br><br>
</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail<br><br>
</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment<br><br>
</li>
<li>Comfortable with data entry and general computer use (Microsoft Office proficiency required)<br><br>
</li>
<li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and appointment coordination<br><br>
</li>
<li>Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred<br><br>
</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus<br><br>
</li>
