Role Description The Health and Lifestyle Coach Intern will support clients in adopting sustainable wellness habits aligned with Bhawani Fitness’s fertility-focused and holistic health programs. This is a full-time remote role that involves providing guidance on lifestyle, movement, basic nutrition principles, and stress management under the supervision of senior coaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online check-ins with clients, tracking their progress, and offering encouragement and feedback through digital channels. The intern will assist in preparing program materials, organizing virtual sessions, and contributing to educational content such as tips, templates, or simple guides. The role also includes responding to client queries in a supportive, professional manner and collaborating with the coaching team to ensure a positive, structured client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients in online settings.
- Customer Service skills to provide empathetic, solution-oriented support and maintain a client-centered approach.
- Training and facilitation skills to assist in delivering virtual sessions, workshops, or guided practice under mentor supervision.
- Lifestyle Coaching and Wellness Coaching skills, with an interest in holistic health, behavior change, and habit-building.
- Demonstrated interest in yoga, women’s health, fertility, or mind-body wellness (coursework, certifications, or personal practice are a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
- Comfort using online communication tools, spreadsheets, and basic documentation platforms.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or certification in health, nutrition, psychology, fitness, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
