About the role
We are seeking a Liferay / Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance backend services using Java.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs using Java.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices for software development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
Primary Skills Required:
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.
Basic understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL), and version control (Git).
Familiarity with Spring Boot or other Java frameworks
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Java fundamentals and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Skilled in designing and implementing robust RESTful APIs.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take feedback positively.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
