Overview
Healing Springs Wellness Center is seeking an experienced, skilled, and compassionate Reiki Practitioner to join our integrative wellness practice. This is a contractor role for someone who values holistic healing, flexibility, and working within a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities
- Provide Reiki sessions tailored to the client's needs
- Collaborate with therapists and wellness providers for coordinated care
- Participate in open houses, wellness events, and workshops as needed
- Create a safe, welcoming, and professional client experience
Schedule & Compensation
- Independent contractor position
- 60/40 revenue split
- Evening and weekend availability
- Flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Reiki practice experience
- Reiki Master certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Alignment with a holistic, integrative care approach
- Flexibility and reliability
