Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healing Professional located in Gurugram. The role involves providing compassionate care and support to clients, developing personalized wellness and healing programs, and guiding individuals toward physical, mental, or emotional well-being. Additional responsibilities include working with a team to ensure the holistic health and well-being of clients, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in counseling, therapy, or providing healing and wellness solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to create a safe and empathetic space for clients.
- Understanding of holistic wellness principles and practices, including mindfulness and stress management techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with other healthcare or wellness professionals.
- Previous experience or certifications in relevant wellness therapies or practices is highly desirable.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in client care.
- Relevant education or certification in a healthcare, mental health, or wellness-related discipline preferred.
