- Lead and oversee the overall operations, strategy, and performance of the assigned department or organization
- Develop and implement policies, processes, and objectives to achieve organizational goals
- Foster collaboration among teams to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives
- Represent the organization in key meetings and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Drive innovation and improvements to maintain competitive advantage and excellence in service delivery
Desired Experience
- Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in school education, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles such as Principal, Vice‑Principal, or Head of School.
- Proven track record of driving academic excellence and improving school rankings.
- Experience managing large, co‑educational institutions (500+ students) is highly desirable.
- Successful experience in faculty development, curriculum innovation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with national educational policies, accreditation processes, and the Indian school ecosystem.
