Key Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for curriculum planning, academic delivery, and assessment practices.
- Ensure implementation of high-quality teaching methodologies and learner-centered educational practices.
- Monitor academic performance and initiate improvement plans to achieve institutional goals.
- Supervise lesson planning, classroom instruction, examinations, and academic reporting systems.
- Promote integration of technology and modern pedagogical practices within the learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable educational board guidelines and statutory requirements.
2. School Administration & Operations
- Oversee the effective day-to-day administration and functioning of the school.
- Develop and implement institutional policies, operational procedures, and academic calendars.
- Ensure maintenance of discipline, safety, and ethical standards across the campus.
- Supervise school infrastructure, facilities management, and resource utilization.
3. Leadership & Staff Management
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure high professional standards.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisal processes.
- Encourage professional development initiatives and capacity-building programs.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Education or relevant academic discipline.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. from a recognized institution preferred.
- Minimum 8–15 years of teaching experience, including leadership or administrative responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of educational frameworks, curriculum standards, and school governance.
