Role Description
The Head Waiter will oversee the daily operations of the on-campus restaurant at Regency College, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising and training junior staff, managing food and beverage service, maintaining quality standards, preparing table settings, and addressing customer queries or concerns. The role also involves collaborating with the culinary team to enhance guests' dining experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chalisgaon.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a superior guest experience
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage service, Food Service operations, and related standards
- Basic knowledge of Cooking and culinary presentations to assist in food delivery coordination
- Leadership abilities and experience in team management would be advantageous
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred
