Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall VM strategy aligned with brand positioning and
business objectives.
- Create luxury retail visual standards and ensure consistency across all stores.
- Design seasonal VM concepts, window displays, product presentation guidelines, and in-
store storytelling elements.
- Drive premium customer experience through innovative and engaging visual
merchandising practices.
- Ensure all stores maintain world-class visual standards and luxury aesthetics.
- Develop store zoning, category placement, display standards, and customer flow layouts.
- Create impactful launch displays for new collections, campaigns, and festive activations.
- Lead VM planning for new store openings, renovations, exhibitions, and retail events.
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, marketing, procurement, and operations for store setup execution.
- Build and lead a high-performing VM team across regions/stores.
- Train store teams on VM standards, display execution, grooming, and luxury retail presentation.
- Manage external agencies, fabrication vendors, printing partners, and display material suppliers.
- Track the impact of VM initiatives on footfall conversion, customer engagement, and sales
performance.
- Conduct market benchmarking and stay updated on global luxury retail trends.
