We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead Venture X’s India operations. The Head – Venture X India will be responsible for driving franchise expansion, revenue growth, brand positioning, and overall business strategy across the country. This role requires a strong blend of real estate expertise, sales leadership, franchise development, and operational excellence to establish Venture X as a leading premium flexible workspace brand in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Expansion & Franchise Development:
- Lead the pan-India expansion strategy for Venture X through franchise and managed models
- Identify and onboard franchise partners, developers, and landlords
- Evaluate new markets and micro-markets for growth opportunities
- Structure and negotiate franchise agreements and partnerships
- Build a strong pipeline of locations across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive enterprise sales, brokerage relationships, and institutional deals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across regions
- Develop strategies for occupancy optimization and yield maximization
- Establish relationships with IPC firms, corporates, startups, and brokers
- Achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets
3. Business Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the India growth roadmap aligned with global vision
- Monitor market trends in flexible workspaces, managed offices, and real estate
- Position Venture X as a premium, design-led workspace brand
- Drive innovation in workspace solutions and enterprise offerings.
4. Operations & Performance Management:
- Oversee P&L management for India operations
- Ensure operational excellence across all centers
- Standardize processes for customer experience, service delivery, and compliance
- Track KPIs across sales, occupancy, retention, and profitability
5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, investors, and franchisees
- Act as the face of Venture X in India
- Collaborate with global teams for brand consistency and operational alignment
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences.
6. Team Building & Culture:
- Hire, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing)
- Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture
- Develop leadership pipeline for regional expansion
Key Requirements
Experience & Background:
- 10–15+ years of experience in: ○ Managed Office / Coworking / Flexible Workspace ○ Commercial Real Estate / IPC Firms (e.g., leasing, advisory)
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and driving expansion
- Experience in franchise development or multi-city operations is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of real estate markets and leasing dynamics
- Ability to manage P&L and drive profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strategic thinker with execution-focused mindset
- Strong network with IPC firms, brokers, landlords, and corporates
