- Designing structured onboarding, refresher and certification programs for store teams
- Translating Licious’ quality, hygiene, and service standards into simple, scalable training modules
- Ensuring store teams are trained on core meat knowledge including handling, storage, hygiene and butchery skills
- Building customer obsession through grooming, service etiquette, communication and product storytelling training
- Creating role-based training journeys for store staff, supervisors and store managers
- Driving consistency of training execution across all stores while allowing for local operational realities
- Partnering closely with Store Operations to identify capability gaps and address them proactively
- Setting up mechanisms to track training effectiveness, skill adoption and on-ground impact
- Supporting store audits, quality checks, and certification processes
- Continuously improving training content based on store performance, customer feedback and business needs
- Preparing the offline training charter to scale as the Licious Academy matures
We hope that you..
- Bring 10-12 years of experience in training, learning & development or capability building in QSR, retail, food & beverage or hospitality environments
- Have experience designing training programs; not just delivering them
- Are equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to execute
- Have trained frontline, store or operations teams in SOP-driven, customer-facing environments
- Are comfortable spending time on the floor to observe, coach and correct in real time
- Have strong communication skills and a natural ability to influence without authority
- Are highly process-oriented, with a strong eye for quality and consistency
- Are customer-obsessed and believe training is a key driver of business outcomes
- Are excited to learn the meat category deeply and grow into a broader academy leadership role
