Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for the Head of Training and Placement at Vikrant University, Gwalior. The role involves designing and managing training programs to prepare students for the job market, forging connections with potential employers, and coordinating placement activities. This leadership position will require frequent interactions with students, faculty, and industry representatives to ensure successful placements and skill development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Training, Training Management, and Instructional Design
- Proficiency in Recruiting and building relationships with industry professionals
- Exceptional Organization Skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and schedules efficiently
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities
- Relevant work experience in a similar training and placement role; prior experience in academic institutions is an added advantage
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans effectively
- Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
