The Candidate will be heading the Technical Services business of ENCOSYM providing technical advisory services to its Clients in the field of Energy Efficiency, Conservation and Sustainability
Responsibilities
The position requires the person to take ownership of the Technica Services business in totality covering Business Generation, Managing Implementation, Team Coordination, Client Relationship Management and taking responsibility of the P&L of the business. The person needs to have a vision to grow the business exponentially and shall be required to focus on forming growth strategies as well as implementing them.
Qualifications
The Candidate should possess an Engineering degree / master's in technology and should be a Certified Energy Auditor. The Candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of post-certification experience in the relevant filed across industries and should have demonstrated capability to formulate energy conservation, management and optimization strategies for its clients. Having empanelment with the BEE as an Accredited Energy Auditor as well as hands on experience in implementing the solutions will be added advantage.
Candidates having additional certifications / training on ISO50001, EMS, IOT, ESG, etc. shall be preferred.
