Responsibilities
- TA Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy to support organizational growth across verticals such as Aerospace, Defence Electronics, Munitions, UAVs, Naval Systems, and Manufacturing.
- Build a scalable recruitment framework aligned with business priorities, capability roadmap, and project timelines.
- Partner with CXOs, Business Heads, HR Heads, and technical leaders to forecast manpower needs and design hiring plans.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Create and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche & critical roles including R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Defence Systems, Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership positions.
- Drive proactive sourcing through industry mapping, market intelligence, campus engagements, defence ecosystem networking, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee external agency/vendor relationships ensuring delivery, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Recruitment Operations Excellence
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle—from requisition to onboarding—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Establish TA governance, dashboards, KPIs, and process SLAs to ensure transparency and speed.
- Implement digital TA tools, ATS enhancement, and data-driven hiring practices.
- Leadership Hiring
- Directly lead senior-level and mission‑critical hiring including Heads of Functions, Program Directors, R&D leaders, and Plant leadership.
- Work closely with CEO Office, Group HR, and Business Leaders to ensure high-quality leadership selection.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Experience
- Ensure superior stakeholder satisfaction across all locations through consistent communication, delivery, and advisory support.
- Drive exceptional candidate experience and ensure adherence to organization culture during evaluation.
- Collaborate with Location HR Heads for smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding.
- Employer Branding & Talent Marketing
- Strengthen Adani Defence & Aerospace’s employer brand through targeted campaigns, industry partnership, university outreach, and digital presence.
- Represent the company at career fairs, defence tech forums, and engineering institutes.
- Team Management & Development
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations.
- Set goals, enhance capability, and foster a culture of agility, ownership, and high performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
- 8- 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5+ years leading TA for large-scale, multi-location engineering,
- Proven expertise in hiring niche technical talent and leadership roles.
- Experience in managing TA operations for rapidly scaling businesses.
