Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Head/Senior Manager – Product Management. The role involves leading the product management team, overseeing the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, and devising strategies to ensure market competitiveness and business growth. Key responsibilities include market analysis, pricing strategies, product development roadmaps, training sales teams, and collaboration with cross-functional departments such as marketing, R&D, and regulatory affairs. The role also includes identifying market opportunities, launching new products, and managing product innovations to maximize customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and lifecycle management in the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, and Pricing Strategies
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
- Advanced Business Acumen with a focus on achieving market competitiveness and revenue growth
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience in launching and positioning pharmaceuticals, with a deep understanding of global healthcare and regulatory requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred
