About UniVisory
UniVisory Global Education is a premium global education and university admissions organisation working with ambitious high-school students aspiring to the world's leading universities, including the Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, Oxford, Cambridge and other highly selective institutions across the US, UK and globally.
Our work goes significantly beyond conventional college counselling.
Through an integrated ecosystem spanning university admissions strategy, student profile development, academic research, test preparation, innovation, social impact and application development, we help students build the academic depth, intellectual curiosity and differentiated profiles required for highly selective global admissions.
UniVisory's ecosystem includes:
UniVisory – end-to-end global university admissions and profile development
Theoria Research Academy – advanced 1:1 research mentorship for high-school students
TestXperts – technology-enabled SAT and university entrance test preparation
Innovation, Social Impact and Experiential Learning initiatives designed to help students translate interests into meaningful real-world work
We work closely with students and families through a highly personalised model, with a strong emphasis on academic rigour, authentic profile building and long-term student outcomes.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we want to take this expertise beyond individual families and build deep, long-term partnerships with leading schools.
For this reason, we are creating a new leadership position: Head – School Partnerships.
The person joining us will have the opportunity to build this function from the ground up — beginning with leading schools across India and progressively developing our institutional presence in the UAE and Singapore.
About the Role
UniVisory is looking for a senior education professional to build and lead our School Partnerships function.
This is a newly created leadership role with a clear mandate: build meaningful, long-term relationships with leading schools and create partnerships that deliver genuine value to students, parents and school communities.
We are specifically looking for someone who already has strong, trusted relationships with leadership across 25–30+ reputed schools in India — relationships where a Principal, School Director, Founder, Trustee or senior Counsellor knows you, trusts you and will take your call.
This is not a conventional school sales or business-development role. We are looking for someone who understands schools, commands credibility within the ecosystem, and can convert relationships into high-quality institutional partnerships.
Over time, the role will also help expand UniVisory's school partnerships into UAE and Singapore.
What You Will Own
1. Build UniVisory's School Partnerships Function
You will build this function from the ground up — defining how we engage schools, what creates genuine value for them, and how individual relationships evolve into sustained institutional partnerships.
2. Activate & Deepen Senior School Relationships
Build direct engagement with:
Principals and Heads of School
Founders, Promoters and Trustees
School Directors and senior management
College/Career Counselling Heads
Academic and Curriculum Leadership
The expectation is not simply to create a large database of schools. It is to develop deep relationships with the right institutions and decision-makers.
3. Create High-Value Institutional Partnerships
Work with schools to identify areas where UniVisory can meaningfully strengthen student outcomes and parent engagement through areas such as:
Global university admissions and readiness
Student profile and extracurricular development
Research and academic enrichment
SAT and university entrance preparation
Career and major exploration
Parent education and awareness
Workshops, masterclasses and school-specific initiatives
The objective is to create partnerships that schools themselves consider valuable — rather than simply selling programs into schools.
4. Represent UniVisory with School Leadership
Become a senior institutional face of UniVisory.
Lead conversations, presentations and strategic meetings with school leadership and represent UniVisory at relevant school forums, conferences and education networks.
5. Build a Sustainable School Pipeline
Develop a focused pipeline of high-quality schools across key Indian markets.
Success will be measured not simply by the number of schools contacted, but by:
Access → Engagement → Partnership → Student/Parent Impact → Long-term Relationship
6. Expand into UAE & Singapore
India will be the immediate priority.
As the school partnership model develops, build relationships with leading international schools in the UAE and Singapore and identify opportunities for strategic expansion.
Existing relationships in either market would be a strong advantage, but are not mandatory.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will bring:
10+ years of experience in education, school partnerships, institutional relations, school leadership, counselling, international education or a closely related field
Strong, demonstrable relationships with 25–30+ reputed schools in India
Direct relationships with Principals, Heads of School, Founders, Directors, Trustees and/or senior College Counsellors
A strong understanding of how premium schools make decisions
Experience building institutional partnerships rather than transactional sales relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior school leadership
Strong commercial judgement without being overly sales-driven
Willingness to travel across India
An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with building a new function from the ground up
Experience with IB, Cambridge and leading Indian curriculum schools would be particularly valuable.
Existing relationships with schools in the UAE and/or Singapore would be an added advantage.
The Relationship Test
For this role, the quality of your relationships matters more than the size of your contact database.
During the selection process, we will want to understand:
Which 25–30 leading schools do you have genuine relationships with today?
Who are your relationships with within those institutions?
Which of those school leaders would take your call and be open to a meaningful conversation?
We are looking for relationship capital built through credibility and trust, not simply a list of institutions previously contacted.
What Success Could Look Like
During the first 6–12 months, success would mean:
Establishing UniVisory relationships with a focused group of leading schools
Creating consistent access to senior school decision-makers
Building a strong pipeline of institutional conversations
Converting selected relationships into meaningful long-term partnerships
Creating repeatable partnership models that deliver measurable value to schools, students and parents
Establishing UniVisory as a credible thought partner within the school ecosystem
Creating the foundation for future expansion into UAE and Singapore
Building the roadmap for a larger School Partnerships team as the function scales
Why This Role Is Different
You are not joining an established school-sales team.
You will create the function.
You will have the opportunity to shape UniVisory's school strategy, partnership models, institutional positioning and eventually the team required to scale it.
For someone who has spent years building genuine relationships within the school ecosystem, this is an opportunity to turn that relationship capital into something much larger: a high-quality school partnership platform focused on helping ambitious students access the world's leading universities and opportunities.
Location
India — Delhi NCR preferred, but open to exceptional candidates based elsewhere
The role will involve regular travel across key school markets in India and, over time, UAE and Singapore.
