Head Sales And Marketing (Domestic)Tatva Chintanfull-timeRequired skillscustomer engagementcustomer retentionforecastingAbout the role Tatva Chintan Website: tatvachintan.com Job details: Develop and execute long-term domestic sales strategy and annual operating plans aligned with company growth objectives.Drive business expansion across India for Specialty Chemicals, Pharma & Agrochemical Intermediates, Phase Transfer Catalysts (PTC), Structure Directing Agents (SDA), Electrolyte Salts & Solutions (ESS), and other value-added specialty products.Identify and develop new customers, applications, business segments, and strategic territories within domestic markets.Build strong relationships with leading Indian manufacturers in Pharma, Agrochemicals, EV Battery, Electronics, Petrochemical, Catalyst, and Chemical sectors.Work closely with R&D, Production, SCM, QA/QC, and Commercial teams for successful commercialization of new products and customer requirements.Understand product chemistry, manufacturing processes, applications, and market positioning to provide techno-commercial solutions to customers.Lead commercial negotiations related to pricing, contracts, payment terms, annual rate agreements, and supply commitments.Manage domestic sales operations including forecasting, order planning, dispatch coordination, collections, inventory alignment, and customer servicing.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing intelligence, and emerging business opportunities.Establish strong sales MIS, forecasting models, and analytical dashboards for data-driven decision making.Ensure achievement of revenue growth, contribution margins, collection targets, and customer retention objectives.Lead and mentor the domestic sales team while building a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Collaborate with marketing teams for exhibitions, technical seminars, customer engagement programs, and branding initiatives.Support strategic business growth for upcoming manufacturing expansions and new product launches.Drive customer delight through solution-oriented approach, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management.Experience in scaling domestic business substantially through strategic account development and market penetration.
