Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our for HVAC Retrofit Projects Business HVAC system solutions. The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end retrofit project execution with a strong focus on energy efficiency, system optimization, cost-effectiveness, and long-term reliability across pharma, food, and industrial segments.
KEY DRIVERS :
- Lead national-level retrofit HVAC projects end-to-end
- Maintain effective communication links and relationships with customers to ensure they are kept aware of order progress and relevant information, whilst also understanding and responding to changes in customer requirements, project timescales and other factors in order to protect Company position.
- Negotiation with suppliers, vendors and sub-contractors.
- Drive energy-efficient, cost-optimized system upgrades
- Ensure on-time delivery, profitability, and risk mitigation
- Manage multiple high-value projects across India.
- Provide customers with a single point of contact, managing directly all projects assigned by the management, from order acceptance through to delivery and revenue receipt.
DESIRED INCUMBENT
- 15+ years in HVAC project management (industrial/B2B)
- Strong expertise in retrofit projects & system optimization
- Experience with cleanroom HVAC & cGMP standards (pharma)
- Proven ability to handle multi-location project execution
