A well-established, high-growth NBFC is hiring a senior technology leader to own its full retail lending technology stack — from customer acquisition and onboarding platforms to loan origination, digital KYC, credit decisioning, and API integrations.
This is a single-point-of-ownership role at the intersection of business growth, technology execution, and regulatory control — balancing speed of delivery with stability in a regulated financial environment.
Platform Ownership
You will own and govern end-to-end:
- Customer acquisition and onboarding platforms (Web & Mobile)
- Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and pre-disbursal workflows
- Digital KYC, credit decisioning, and external partner integrations
- Customer portals and journey orchestration layers
- API and integration layer supporting retail journeys
- Platform data flows impacting credit, underwriting, and customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 12–18 years in technology roles within Banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs
- Proven ownership of retail or lending technology platforms at scale
- Strong understanding of the retail lending lifecycle — LOS, onboarding, digital journeys
- Experience in regulated environments with audit and regulatory exposure (RBI frameworks)
- Track record of leading large cross-functional delivery teams and vendors
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures, API-led platforms, or legacy modernisation is a plus
