Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Regional Operations, based in Udaipur. The role involves overseeing regional operations, driving business targets, and ensuring efficient management across teams. Responsibilities include implementing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, analyzing regional performance data, and enabling operational excellence. The role also encompasses leading and mentoring teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and a strong ability to implement strategic goals
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Proven Team Management skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Strong Communication abilities to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Competence in Budgeting and resource allocation
- Ability to drive and deliver results within deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
- Prior experience in the financial or NBFC sector is an advantage
