Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Head of Real Estate CRM based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing client relationships, overseeing property transactions and in time collections and ensuring smooth operations of real estate customer relationship processes. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to optimize CRM strategies and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring real estate market trends, coordinating property management activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Residential Real Estate customer collections and overall Real Estate practices
- Experience in Property Management and Facility Management (FM)
- Knowledgeable in Finance related to real estate transactions
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively to ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in real estate CRM tools and software is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in managing teams and driving customer-centric strategies
