Key Accountabilities
Liasion with local and central senior railway officials and get necessary approvals/rakes/pending invoices cleared.
Monitor the indents placed with railways for rakes and intervene if needed to get necessary no of rakes as per operations plan.
Monitor yard Operations, Rake loading,unloading and alert the department for any corrective actions needed.
MonitorLoco turn round time, wagon turn round time, loco utilization and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance to statutory requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety norms by employees.
Review the breakdown, preventive and predictive maintenance activities take necessary corrective actions to meet the service standards
Supporting BD by providing Railway intelligence and Port Operation by managing
Railway liaison
Smooth & uninterrupted traffic movement.

Handling Railway commercial & audit both internal & external.

Educational Qualifications
(degree, training, or certification required)
Graduation in any discipline
Desirable: MBA/ Diploma in( Rail transport/ Logistics)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required) Should have minimum 18+ years’ experience in Railway Operations & commercial
