Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) function across manufacturing operations.
- Drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality along with customer, supplier, and internal audits.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, defect reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure product quality and process excellence.
- Lead laboratory operations, quality testing, process validation, and product approvals.
- Mentor and develop the quality team while driving a strong quality culture.
Key Requirements:
- 18+ years of experience in Quality within manufacturing.
- Mandatory experience in Nonwoven Manufacturing (Technical Textiles/Automotive Nonwovens/Filtration/Geotextiles/Hygiene/Industrial Nonwovens).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, 8D, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience handling customer audits, supplier quality, compliance, and laboratory quality systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams and driving Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
