Job Description

- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during project execution.
- Oversee resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head Projects should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Proven expertise in the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
- Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
