CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties serving a Elite Business clientele across metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.Looking for a Civil Engineer in the capacity of Spearheading Planning & Control of ongoing multiple projects.
This position reports to COO-Real Estate and is based at corporate level in New Delhi.
Key Drivers:
- Develop a project planning strategy by integrating scope, timeline, contract, budget,
procurement, risk, quality & safety plans for real- time monitoring of projects.
- Develop and implement project baseline schedules along with Resource Loading and mobilization to manage project profitability and returns, through proactive identification and mitigation of various risks associated with the project life cycle.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion on time. Analyzing target versus achievement, and publishing variances to understand reasons
- Cost & time control strategies with COO. Scheduling of projects, budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive construction milestones, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and issue resolution, ensuring seamless communication and project transparency.
- Monitor project performance against cost and time baselines, implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery integrity.
- Strengthen governance and process adherence by implementing frameworks that enhanced operational efficiency and compliance.
Ideal Incumbent:
- Highly motivated & results-driven Civil Engineer and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15 years of holistic construction industry exposure, especially commercial/leased offices/ hospitality planning experience.Planning, and Project Management.
- Proven track record of delivering diverse large-scale projects within budget and schedule.
- Collaborative and team player with high leadership qualities.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 35 LPA
