The Role
You will work directly with the founders to help build a high-performance and happy organisation, while ensuring strong coordination and execution across teams.
This role combines ownership of the people function with responsibilities in the Founders’ Office.
This role is best suited for professionals who enjoy working in smaller, fast-growing organisations where employee engagement, culture building, and close collaboration across teams are critical.
Core Responsibilities
• Build and lead the people function, with a strong focus on employee engagement, culture, and team alignment
• Establish and manage core HR systems, including performance appraisals, payroll oversight, recruitment coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance frameworks• Support the Founders’ Office by driving leadership coordination, execution tracking, and cross-team follow-ups
• Support strategic governance by participating in Founder meetings, preparing leadership review documents, board materials, and investor communication packs that enable informed decision-making
• Lead internal administration and operational systems as the company scales
Experience
• 10–15 years of HR / People leadership experience
• Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership teams
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and labour laws
• Highly organised with strong documentation and follow-up discipline
