Ennoble IP is looking for an experienced Head of Paralegal to lead our patent filing, docketing, and compliance function at our Noida headquarters. If you're a seasoned patent paralegal ready to lead a team and manage complex portfolios for leading corporate clients, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
As Head of Paralegal, you'll lead the filing and docketing function, manage and mentor the team, oversee PCT portfolios for large corporate houses, and ensure the highest quality standards across all patent, design, and trademark formalities — for both Indian and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead patent and design filing and docketing operations, and manage team members
🔹 Manage PCT portfolios for large corporate houses
🔹 Obtain Foreign Filing Permission from the Indian Patent Office
🔹 Handle Indian application filings — provisional, complete, national phase, and divisional
🔹 Manage prosecution-stage formalities including Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 18, 18A, 25, 26, 27, 30, and FFL preparation
🔹 Draft and file responses to First Examination Reports (FER) and Hearing Notices
🔹 Attend patent hearings and prepare hearing responses
🔹 Manage compliances — Statement of Working, renewals, and requests for examination
🔹 Provide advisory on patent, trademark, and design matters to Indian and foreign clients
🔹 E-file forms with CGPDTM (filing and post-filing)
🔹 Handle and respond to client queries
🔹 Organize knowledge-transfer sessions, weekly meetings, and due-date discussions with team members and attorneys
🔹 Review patent applications and formalities to maintain quality standards
What We're Looking For
✅ 15+ years of relevant experience in patent paralegal and filing operations
✅ Specialized expertise in both Indian and foreign patent matters
✅ Education: B.Com / BA / LLB
✅ Registered Patent / Trademark Agent — a strong added advantage
✅ Proven team-leadership and quality-management skills
