Lead – Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Location: Gurugram
We're hiring a Lead – Online Reputation Management for a leading integrated marketing & communications agency.
We're looking for an enterprising and ambitious leader who can build and scale an ORM practice, drive business growth, lead enterprise client relationships, and manage high-performing teams.
What you'll do:
- Drive the growth and expansion of the ORM vertical
- Develop strategic ORM and reputation management solutions for enterprise brands
- Lead client relationships and executive presentations
- Manage online reputation and crisis communication initiatives
- Build, mentor, and lead large ORM teams
- Collaborate with leadership on business strategy and new client acquisition
What we're looking for:
- 12–15+ years of experience in Online Reputation Management, Digital Marketing, or Customer Experience
- Mandatory agency experience
- Experience managing large-scale ORM operations and teams
- Strong business acumen with a growth mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with ORM/social listening tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Talkwalker, or similar is a plus
