Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for Wild Swim Club customers.
- Capture feedback of customers in a timely manner and communicate to the Wild Swim team for improved
performance.
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding of customers to addressing all queries and concerns to ensuring they have an excellent learning experience.
- Encouraging learners to post their reviews online.
- Manage administrative tasks such as ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, mapping leads to the sales
team, consolidating monthly learner counts, payment collection etc.
- Recommend and work on improving our processes around customer success and operations, wherever there is a gap.
- Working and communicating with Venue owners and managers on implementing class schedules according to Wild Swim Standards.
