Midfin360 is an emerging FinTech platform and futuristic Neo Bank focused on delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to Individuals, HNI & NRIs, The company offering personalized investment strategies across mutual funds, SIF, PMS, AIF, Deposits, NPS, insurance and other financial products.
Job Summary
The Wealth Head will be responsible for leading the wealth management division, driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships and overseeing a team of Relationship Managers across multiple locations. This role requires strong leadership, deep financial expertise and a proven ability to scale wealth portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall wealth management business
- Oversee and drive wealth management operations across key regions including Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore & Hyderabad
- Drive AUM growth and achieve revenue budgets
- Develop and execute business strategies for wealth expansion
- Acquire and manage HNI and Ultra HNI clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention
- Provide customized investment advisory and portfolio solutions
- Drive Business Development across mutual funds, SIF, Deposits, PMS, and AIF products
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Relationship Managers
- Set targets for the team and monitor performance regularly
- Support team members in closing high-value deals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to clients and team
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, IRDAI regulations and internal policies
- Oversee client documentation, KYC and risk profiling processes
- Track and analyse performance metrics such as AUM, revenue and conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, compliance and product teams
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and client experience
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of wealth management products including Mutual Funds, SIF, Deposits, PMS, AIF and Insurance
- Expertise in financial planning and portfolio management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business development and client acquisition ability
- Analytical thinking and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent
- NISM VA certification preferred, NISM XIII added advantage
Experience
- 8 –15 years of experience in wealth management / banking / financial services/ assets management
- Proven experience in handling HNI clients and managing teams
- Strong track record of achieving revenue and AUM targets
